A professional service of food sensitivity testing together with vitamin & mineral deficiency checks. By means of Vegatest equipment.
Many aliment and every day symptoms may be caused by food sensitivities. A test may lead to the cause being eliminated.

The Vegatest machine measures the body's energy to over 160 items of food, airborne, drink and additive substances.
At the start of the test there is a short questionnaire to be filled out detailing your history, existing conditions, any medications you may be on and any symptoms you think may be attributed to food sensitivities. This test is not a substitute for a medical diagnosis.
Then you will be led through the procedure in detail.
By holding a baton and then placing a soft probe on an acupuncture point the clients response is measured and tested to each of the items
There are NO needles involved or any invasive procedure.
The test lasts approximately 40 minutes. and the result are immediate.
You will be given advice on how to deal with each of the offending items. Also you will be advised on where hidden substances may be found in secondary foods. Where appropriate advice will be given for suitable alternative foods. The idea is to eliminate substitute and rotate foods and not to go hungry.
We do not test for peanuts and this condition should be dealt with by a Medical practitioner should you feel that it is causing a problem. This is a screening test and not a substitute for medical advice.
It is not possible to test people who are pregnant or have pacemakers.
A full explanation will be given to you during the test about how to exclude foods, how long for and how to reintroduce them back into your diet. To check if any of your symptoms return.
VITAMIN & MINERAL TEST
A test for 29 vitamins and minerals is also carried out. Indicating any deficiency you may have at the time of testing, and showing any supplements required.
DIGESTIVE ENZYME REQUIREMENTS
In addition a full comprehensive test for the condition of your digestive system, and recommendations for any digestive aids that may be required.
Digestion is he process which breaks down food, allowing the body to absorb and utilise nutrients; carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamin and minerals.
Proper digestion and absorption are two of the most important physiological functions in the body. If these processes are not working properly, optimal health cannot be maintained. Incomplete digestion can be a major factor in ill health.
